Acceptance of your order
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us subject to stock availability at the stated prices, and subject to your payment having been received by us in full. We require full payment for the goods before your order can be accepted. Once your payment has been received by us, we will send an email to your stated email address to confirm our acceptance of your order. Upon acceptance of your order, despatch will be arranged to your address. Completion of the contract between you and us will be when we despatch the goods to you. The sale contract is concluded in Hinckley, UK, and the contract language is English.
We will be pleased to accept orders provided they are for the personal, non-commercial use by our customers. We will not accept orders which are intended for resale or distribution for commercial purposes. The resale of any products purchased on the Wild & Lawless website without the express written agreement of Wild & Lawless Ltd, is not permitted.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. In the event that the item you wish to purchase is not available, we will email you immediately to inform you. If your order is delayed because we are awaiting supply of stock or for any other reason, we will make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timing.

Prices
Prices and offers are valid as advertised and may change from time to time. The GBP price of an item is inclusive of UK VAT.

Payment
Payment can be made securely online. The credit/debit cardbeing used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. In the event that your card authorisation and validation is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
All payments are processed by WorldPay which is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, on behalf of Wild & Lawless Ltd.
Shipping & Delivery

Delivery
Once your credit card has been approved, your order will be despatched from Hinckley, UK.
Delivery to the UK is defined as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, and Isle of Wight. If you have ordered several products we may deliver these products on different days at no extra cost to you.
Light orders (under 1kg) will always be sent by post.
Transit time by post is 1-3 days.
Orders over 1kg may be sent by courier, except to places where the cost is prohibitive. In those instances we will contact you to advise.
Courier delivery for UK is 2-3 working days.
As we plan to carry all goods in stock, we will endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment approval. If in the unlikely event an item is not in stock, we will contact you to advise.
To ensure prompt delivery we must have proper and complete address details and make one delivery charge per delivery address. A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.

UK: £2.50. Free delivery for orders over £30.00
Europe: £4.50. Free delivery for orders over £45.00
Worldwide: £12.00.
Delivery costs are automatically set at checkout.
We welcome orders from all non UK customers, but will contact you separately regarding the delivery costs for your order.

Insurance
The goods which you order will be insured by us or by our agents while in transit and up to the point of delivery to your address. You will be asked to sign for the goods on arrival at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Returns & Cancellation

Returning
We offer a full refund on all online purchases if they are returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days and an exchange on all garments returned within 28 days.

Cancellations
Wild & Lawless reserves the right to refuse cancellations of orders and to refuse to accept return of goods without prior agreement. No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis.

Cancellation by us
We will aim to fulfil your orders to the best of our ability. However, we reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if one or other of the following circumstances applies:
- we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
- we do not deliver to your area or country.
In the event of cancellation we will contact you by email and will re-credit your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order being placed.

Claims
In the event of faulty goods being supplied, Wild & Lawless Ltd's liability shall be limited to the replacement value of the goods. Wild & Lawless shall not be liable for any consequential loss or for loss of profit or goodwill.

The WILD & LAWLESS branded products will be sourced from Fair-trade and ethical suppliers. So, indirectly, you will be giving other young people, in poorer countries, the chance to dance, perform...or eat.
WILD & LAWLESS will look to source product and production from local UK suppliers and manufacturers wherever possible.

Most of our pull on Hoodies are available in two fit options, Snug and Baggy, so here is an approximate guide regarding which size to buy. Please also refer to the size chart for each fit option.
Snug Fit - If you like a close fitting, boxy look. Our Snug fit Hoodies would also be suitable for our younger girl customers.
Baggy Fit - If you prefer a longer, oversized look, then choose from our Baggy fit sizes
